In Home Dialysis Gave Me My Life Back

After never seeing a doctor, Gerard Folse was experiencing diabetes and hypertension which led to kidney disease. After experiencing in-clinic dialysis for a brief time, Mr. Folse decided to pursue in-home dialysis, with the help and support of his wife. Making this decision gave Mr. Folse a news sense of freedom to decide his own schedule, spend more time with loved ones, and pursue his passions with renewed energy (i.e., boating, fishing, cooking, etc.). Trained by a monogram nephrologist, Mr. Folse’s wife can now administer in-home dialysis. Mr. Folse does not have to make frequent trips to a hospital anymore and he has never missed a dialysis treatment again.
