From Skeptic to Success: Iowa Man Trades Hospital Visits for Race Cars and Family Time

Mr. Terry Keleher is in his 70s, lives in Iowa, and has his lifestyle figured out. The last thing he needed was any form of healthcare professional encroaching on his way of life. At that time, he was 311 pounds with high blood pressure, COPD, diabetes, kidney disease, and depression.

After a recent hospitalization and a conversation with his 93-year-old mother – who was already a patient with Monogram Health – he decided to give Monogram Health a chance.

After being a part of the vicious healthcare cycle [sick, hospital, recover, repeat] for so long, Terry can now sit in the comfort of his home and have everything he needs (medically, emotionally, physically) at his fingertips.

With Monogram, Terry was able to lose 100 pounds and keep it off. He began eating healthier and paying close attention to his health numbers (i.e., A1C, blood pressure, weight, etc.). Terry has not been hospitalized since partnering with Monogram, his outlook on life has changed, and he’s back to doing the things he loves – working in his garage, racing cars, riding his bike, and spending time with his family.
