Shaminder Gupta, MD
Nationally recognized nephrologist promoting accessible care, personalized patient-centered pathways, and efficacy of in-home dialysis. Dr. Gupta sets the clinical direction for Monogram’s managed services organization and national multispecialty practice. He is also an Assistant professor of Medicine at Tulane and LSUHSC-New Orleans.

Greg Hicks
A strategic business leader and advisor with in-depth expertise managing dynamic and complex HR environments for high growth organizations. With over 25 years leading human resource practices across multiple industries, functional areas and lines of business, Greg specializes in organizational transformation and innovation and is experienced in transitioning HR into a strategic partner that drives business outcomes.

Bill Knightly
Bill Knightly is an accomplished executive with global experience leading finance and operations across multiple industries. Bill came to Monogram after nearly a decade at Cushman & Wakefield, serving as a Divisional Chief Executive responsible for leading both strategy and business transformation across the Global Occupier Services division. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Bill was an operations executive at the leading private equity firm TPG. Prior to his tenure at TPG, Bill spent over 12 years at General Electric, where he held several executive roles in finance. Bill joined Monogram in February 2025 as Chief Financial Officer and has played an integral role in the company’s tremendous growth, profitability, and scale achieved in 2025.

Gus Puryear
Gus joins Monogram Health as its new Chief Legal Officer, with more than 32 years of legal and senior leadership experience. Gus most recently was the General Counsel at Asurion, a leading global technology protection company. Prior to his tenure at Asurion, Gus served as general counsel for a publicly traded company and previously held several senior-level policy and legal counsel positions in the United States Senate, and was involved in a presidential campaign and transition. He began his legal career as a law clerk to a Circuit Judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. Now at Monogram, Gus will oversee all legal strategy, corporate governance, and healthcare policy initiatives across Monogram’s expansive healthcare delivery footprint.

Sharad Mansukani, MD
A trusted advisor and established voice in the healthcare industry, Dr. Mansukani serves as chairman of the board of directors for Convey Health Solutions, as well as a director of Agilon Health and a senior advisor at TPG Capital. Bringing clinical expertise and in-depth knowledge of the complex U.S. health system, Dr. Mansukani has advised the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Department of Health and Human Services.

Todd Sisitsky
An experienced private equity investor, Mr. Sisitsky serves as President of TPG and Co-Managing Partner of TPG Capital, where he’s overseen numerous successful investments in health care services, medical devices and technologies, and pharmaceutical companies.

Casper de Clercq
Experienced medical device and life sciences executive. Mr. de Clercq brings extensive operating experience to Monogram’s board, having led marketing and commercialization efforts for several successful medical device, specialty pharmaceutical and diagnostic companies.
