Deborah Moroy is a diabetic and disabled and was unexpectedly left on her own for a prolonged period of time. Due to her disability, she could not access the kitchen to prepare food. She called Monogram Health First and a provider showed up immediately to assist with food, medication, and a full evaluation of Ms. Moroy. Monogram Health was able to treat and support Ms. Moroy for the days that followed until her husband returned home from the hospital.
