Keith is a seasoned healthcare finance executive with 25 years of experience working in the payor, provider, and healthcare service segments of the industry. Keith joins Monogram after his time with Evernorth, a part of The Cigna Group, where he held various divisional CFO, actuarial, and business leadership positions. Keith will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial, accounting, actuarial, and medical economic functions. Strategically, Keith will leverage Monogram’s proprietary actuarial capabilities to identify and measure key clinical interventions that produce positive patient outcomes and improve affordability for both the patients, health plans, and health systems alike.

Shawn Verner, Chief Compliance Officer at Monogram Health, brings deep expertise in corporate and healthcare law, overseeing legal and risk management functions. He has extensive experience in regulatory compliance, as well as complex contract negotiations.

Ms. Cope is the Monogram Health SVP, Clinical Integration & Implementation and has oversight of operational excellence and client implementations for Monogram Health. Ms. Cope has 15 years of experience across health plans, risk-bearing provider organizations, and government agencies. 

Dr. Wei is an accomplished physician with over two decades of global experience, including clinical practice, operational excellence, and strategic leadership. Specializing in nephrology and value-based care with a proven track record of implementing innovative processes that enhance care quality and operational efficiency.

Jacob has have worked across several international Public Relations agencies and has overseen internal and external communications for domestic and international corporations. Across his various roles and companies he has been responsible for public relations, media relations, public advocacy, investor relations, branding, commercial sales, crisis communications, social media, event management, and executive thought leadership. Jacob's expertise lies in building and maintaining brands, garnering mass visibility, and enhancing online reputation for growth and Fortune 500 companies. 

Mia Willhite is a seasoned healthcare executive, having previously served in key leadership roles as Chief Operations Officer at Innovista Health, Regional President at VillageMD, and Vice President of Physician Practices at Providence Health. In her new role as Continental Regional President, Mia will oversee and manage Monogram’s regional medical executives and general managers across 27 states, along with their respective clinical teams, which include physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, pharmacists, and social workers. Mia will work in tandem with David Wedemeyer, Southeast Regional President.
