Roland Marable did not know he had end stage kidney disease (ESKD). Monogram health helped diagnose the issue and delivered multispecialty care to Mr. Marable in his home. More importantly, one of Monogram Health’s on-staff nephrologists worked with Mr. Marable and his daughter to educate and prepare them both for an “optimized start.” Eventually, Mr. Marable would begin dialysis through a planned, high-quality dialysis center versus “crashing into dialysis” and facing the common risks of infection and low survival rate that a majority of Americans unfortunately encounter each year.
