Monogram Health Again Earns Prestigious HITRUST Certification for Demonstrated Excellence in Protecting Sensitive Patient Health Information

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Oct. 28, 2022) Monogram Health, the leading value-based specialty provider of in-home nephrology, primary care, and benefit management services for individuals with chronic kidney and end-stage renal disease, today announced it has again achieved HITRUST CSF Certification, the gold standard for information risk management and compliance.

The successful review and recertification notice follows detailed inspection of the company’s systems and controls for protecting electronic health records and other sensitive data that demonstrates exemplary safety practices. The Nashville-based company first earned HITRUST CSF Certification in 2020 for its notable security protocols.

“Improving the health outcomes and quality of life for those we serve is our mission every day. The acknowledgment from HITRUST helps illuminate the care and respect we take to ensure the privacy and protection of our patients’ data,” said Monogram CEO Mike Uchrin. “We’re proud to have earned this recertification, which further highlights the impact of our daily work to transform the way health care is delivered for those living with kidney disease and its related co-morbidities.”

Monogram’s newest HITRUST CSF Certification validates the company’s policies and procedures not only meet, but have exceeded key, industry-defined requirements; take the most proactive approach to data protection; and adhere to the highest information security standards.

“Monogram’s evidence-based, in-home care model is powered by a suite of technology-enabled clinical services. Our industry-leading technology and HIPAA-compliant platforms include a proprietary cloud-based care management EHR platform, a full-scale data warehouse and AI-enabled analytics that are improving outcomes and quality of life for kidney disease patients in a host of different ways,” said Brian Loflin, Monogram's Chief Technology Officer. “This HITRUST CSF Certification marks a special point of pride for our innovative model of care and validates our unwavering commitment to the safety of our patients.”
