Monogram Health was founded in 2019 by a group of seasoned healthcare experts: former health plan CEO, Michael Uchrin; a world-renowned nephrologist and author of over 200 published research articles, Dr. Raymond Hakim; and former Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist M.D., a retired cardiac surgeon and recognized leader for improving the quality of care provided to people across the world.

Mr. Shah leads financial operations, including actuarial and medical economics, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and audit. Previously, Bhavesh held leadership roles at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, and Compassus, a leading home-health company, as well as in the US Army.
