New Hire Need to Know!
Welcome to Monogram! We are excited you are joining us.
Here is everything you need to know about Onboarding and Orientation.
Step 1: HireRight Background Check & Drug Screen
*Any delays could result in a pushed start date or review of employment offer.*
The HireRight link to complete both background check and drug screen will be sent to your personal email.
Upon submitting the HireRight background check application, you will receive instructions within HireRight to schedule your drug screen (must be done within 3 days; the link will expire if not completed within this time frame.)
Results are NOT immediate & could take anywhere from 5-14 business days to return in full. Please anticipate follow-up communication from HR if any additional documentation is needed.
Upon successful completion/clearance of the HireRight background check & drug screen standards, you will receive an email from HR notifying you of your clearance to start. This will also include final details for your orientation schedule.chedule.
